Geert Meijer
Geert Meijer is Managing Director and Lead Consultant of 227 Data Leaders. After studying Law, he worked at the publicly traded Wolters Kluwer in various management roles for11 years. He founded 227 Search in 2001 and 227 Data in 2015. Combining many years of senior management experience in business with almost 25 years of experience in executive search and interim mediation. Since 2015, with 227 Data, he has operated almost full time in the mediation of data analytics professionals. A world that he enjoys with great interest and within which he has enjoyed building a large network. Geert is a father of two (almost) graduated data engineers and lives in Veghel with his girlfriend and dog. With golf, padel, running, skiing and hiking, he is an active sportsman and outdoorsman.
Peter Hendriks
Peter Hendriks is a regular partner at 227 Data Leaders. After studying Business Administration, he spent for many years holding international board and management positions at Wolters Kluwer, Springer Nature, Sanoma and Brill. In 2020, he joined 227 as a shareholder and boardroom consultant. Additionally, he is currently active as a commissioner, advisor and investor in the content and data sector. He also serves as vice chairman of the KNLTB. Peter is a father of two daughters and a son and lives with his wife in Doorn. Playing tennis and padel, of course, as well as golf and cycling, Peter is also an active sportsman.
Esther Pasman
Esther Pasman has been a Senior Consultant Interim at 227 Data Leaders since 2022 and also at 227 Data. Before that she worked at ICS Interim and was responsible for further setting up and expanding freelance assignments in social real estate. Esther has been and still is an entrepreneur, because in addition to her recruitment activities she is active as a wedding officiant. Her strengths lie in connecting people, guiding the recruitment process, relationship management and the ability to respond quickly to interim assignments. Esther is married, loves to walk her dog Gijsje, has a passion for Italy and cannot live without yoga.
Michiel Vermaas
Michiel Vermaas has been the Operations Manager at 227 Data Leaders and 227 Data since 2022. He takes care of a tightly organized back office and all operational matters within our agency. Michiel first started in healthcare, where he eventually worked his way up to a management position within a psychiatric institution. Human contact, structure and clarity have always been important aspects in both his previous and current job. In addition to enjoying cycling, hiking, cooking and reading, he is enjoying furthering his development and in June started a course in Psychology.
The team is supported by a team of researchers, mostly (graduated) Master students from Utrecht. Together, we work with passion and enthusiasm from our office at Euclideslaan 265 in Utrecht.
